1. Services
Boon Technologies provides AI engineering, intelligent automation, and cloud software development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual project agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, clients retain ownership of all deliverables upon full payment. Boon Technologies retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data except as required to deliver services or as required by law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Boon Technologies liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
